Grease Trap
This is a plumbing device designed to intercept and trap grease, fats, oils and solid particles from entering the wastewater system mostly in commercial kitchen where there is significant amount of cooking and preparation involving oily and greasy substances. It prevents the substances from clogging waste pipes and causing blockage.

Gully Trap
Constructed from stainless steel 2 mm thick, grade 304 (another grade can be used on request). They can be provided with standard grating (mesh 25×22 mm), heel safe grating (mesh 50×11) mm, heavy duty ladder grating (25×8 mm bars) and 6 mm thick plate grating.
The trap depth can vary depending on the specific design and requirements of the kitchen plumbing system. Epoxy filled edges on request in order to improve durability and robustness. The channel can be provided with ½” inlet socket to let water flush in and clean the channel.
