In fruits and vegetables processing, achieving a harmonious balance between preserving natural qualities and meeting industrial demands is paramount. For handling viscous products such as fruit purees, sauces and concentrates, we integrate advanced scrapped surface heat exchanger technologies that are designed for continuous processing of products with a broad range of viscosities, including those with particulates. We also employ deaerators to remove additional gases from fruit pulp or juices in order to maintain the body of the product as well as to increase shelf life.
