Deck Ovens
A deck oven is a large, enclosed baking chamber with one or more shelves or decks. The oven is heated by either gas or electricity, and the heat is evenly distributed throughout the baking chamber by forced hot air circulation.
The decks can either be
- Single,
- Double or
- Tripple.
It is also powered at 12KW.
