Conveyor Dishwasher

Conveyor dishwashers are constructed with a combination of stainless steel, durable plastics, and corrosion-resistant materials. The capacity can range from a few hundred dishes per hour to larger models capable of handling thousands of dishes per hour. The conveyor is made of stainless steel chains, belts, or rollers.

Washing zones are equipped with spray arms or nozzles that deliver high-pressure water and detergent. The drying system can include heated air blowers, steam jets, or a combination of heat and airflow to achieve efficient drying.

Temperature control mechanisms can include adjustable thermostats, digital controls, or programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
